Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- mainly responsible for the installation, configuration, training, go live and support od POS solution and the e-Commerce platform a the stores
- daily maintenance complete support (database, software, hardware, communications,..) to the POS solution installed at the corporate stores, checking the correct generation of the files and their integration in the corporate SAP system
- daily maintenance and complete support to the end users of the headquarters
- perform the preventive and corrective maintenance of the company´s information systems (SAP, POS solution at the stores, e-Commerce and other corporate solutions), as well as the hardware and the communications infrastructure through the different suppliers (if applicable)
- manage the relationship with the external suppliers of the company´s IT solutions (especially POS and e-Commerce solutions), getting the knowledge that allows him to give support to the end users
- implement and manage the information security policies of the corporate systems
