Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an ambitious young professional who is interested to be part of a team that brings business opportunities into Anritsu custom software business unit. This BU is focused on developing various innovative solutions together with our clients (such as software for intelligent home appliances, mobile apps that make people’s life easier or even a software that looks after the signal of your cell phone).

Your role will be to provide direct support to the Sales department in identifying potential business prospects, making detailed research about them and preparing personalized business door-openers for sales people to get the leads in. Marketing team will also need your support in regards of initiating and executing a digital strategy for the new SW business unit, especially in online space such as the company web page and LinkedIn/Xing space. .

Principal duties and responsibilities:
• Get good understanding of the business unit’s use cases and develop a list of potential cross-sell/up-sell opportunities Work closely with sales on research and preparation for meetings with potential customers
• Support the creation of Anritsu pitches, proposals and presentations
• Follow-up with customers in regards of administration after initial sales contact has been made
• Responsibility for various sales administration matters – communication around contracts, preparation of sales proposals and internal follow-up in regards of quoting
• Assist in promoting and driving the sales of Anritsu services
• Help to develop the sales pipeline via email marketing (follow-up on generated leads/generate business leads) Support and develop the company’s online presence in digital space
• Take care of Anritsu custom SW business unit LinkedIn/Xing account and utilize their full potential
• Assistance/participation in the organization of company’s presence in external technology fairs / conferences
• Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
• Regularly assist with assigned projects and various administrative tasks
• Provide ad-hoc customer support and resolve sales-related issues via phone and/or email
• Possible travelling within EMEA region

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• A bachelor's degree
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office especially in PowerPoint and MS Word
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
• Presentation skills
• Experience with online marketing and social media
• Competitive and proactive attitude
• Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
