Software Developer

Anritsu is looking for a Protocol Software Developer to join its international Development Team. This is a permanent position on a team that is continuously growing as they create, maintain and update telecommunication protocols stacks developed in C, C++.

Within Anritsu SBU6 R&D, the Protocol Software Engineer, as a professional in his/her field, works collaboratively and supports technically R&D processes as well as the corporate agenda by providing technical advice throughout the project cycle: identification, conceptualization, preparation, project design and implementation, test, documentation and maintenance.

The key accountabilities may include results in the following fields:

• Full lifecycle of the assigned modules.
In cooperation with other teams - both internal and external departments, either national or international – the incumbent shall develop, integrate, test, release and correct software modules, taking care of the evolution of the module in conformance with architectural requirements, performance assessments and required standards of coding, testing and documentation.

• Under the overall strategic and policy guidance of the R&D Manager, Chief Software Architect and Project Manager, participate and contribute to the development process, such as design meetings, Agile stand-up briefings, post-implementation reviews, hand-over sessions to other departments, internal trainings.

• Write, correct and update technical documentation pertaining the design, testing procedures, installation and migration procedures, operator manuals.

• Investigate and follow-up with deviations, bug reports, clarifications and inquiries raised internally and by other departments, in conformance with the Company processes.
