Job description, responsibilities and duties
Anritsu seeks an experienced technical leader for a large and complex software development projects that Anritsu is delivering to a worldwide telecom customers and operators.
The candidate shall also be able to take over substantial line management responsibility for a department of software engineers and telecom engineers.
Responsibilities:
• To be a technical specialist on the projects for customer, the project manager and the development team, technically to manage complex projects.
• To manage international and distributed team in project
• To help the Project Manager during throughout the project
• To define & follow up with the project manager technical tasks and estimate to completion tracking
• To coordinate and lead technical problem resolution
• To guarantee the technical quality of the solution in the respect of quality, time and cost of the project
• To manage developers in the projects to ensure that software development best practices are followed, as well as those defined in the various document plans.
• To support the developers on technical tasks/ provide technical mentoring to team members
