Personality requirements and skills

Essential

• Practical experience of MS Windows systems administration for a commercial organisation.
• At least two years of end-user support experience in a networked PC environment for a commercial organisation.
• Demonstrable PC hardware and software problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Windows 7 and MS-Office applications.
• Fluently English speaking.
• A pro-active and enthusiastic “team player”, capable of working on own initiative.
• Flexibility to work occasional unsociable hours (as may be necessary for essential maintenance tasks).
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and tenacity for effective problem solving.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and dependable work habits.
• Willingness to travel to other countries in EU

Desirable

• A degree in Computer Science or relevant other discipline.
• Experience of working in an international organisation.
