Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Detailed design and engineering of systems or components (in compliance with all contractual requirements as well as applicable external and internal standards)
- Project engineering in keeping with the cost, time and quality targets
- Provide technical support to project or automation project manager (PM/PMA)
- Detailed engineering in accordance with functional team allocation requirements as well as applicable external and internal standards)
- Prepares technical calculations needed to achieve the requirements of quality, safety, and legal regulations
- Maintaining, continuous improvement and corrective actions for products, typicals, templates, etc...
- Participation in R&D projects
- Prepares information needed and documentation for sub-suppliers, workshop or purchasing process (bill of materials and detailed specifications)
- Creates documentation for installation and start-up
- Manages design change requests after design freeze (comprehensible exchange of documents, forwarding additional costs to PM/PMA)
- Prepares and collects technical documentation, including “as-built” drawings and operating and maintenance manuals
- Inhouse test and start ups, FAT,SAT
- Assistance during start-ups and commissionings
- Provides progress reports/data to PM/PMA

Personality requirements and skills
- Experience in automation, elecrification and/or instrumention and control system experience
- Experience in project execution
- Experience with PI&D and FUP (Function plan) enginneering
- COMOS knowledge is highly appreciated
- Other CAD/CAE skills are beneficial (Eplan, AutoCAD, Excel, etc…)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- ERP / SAP / ADMS skills are beneficial
- Valid certificate Decree nr. 508/2009 Z.z., § 21 minimum
- Good language skills - English
- Technical comprehension
- Teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel
