Job description, responsibilities and duties
Ancient Wisdom s.r.o. is passionate about gifts! An exciting opportunity has arisen within our company and we are now looking for a Product Compliance Officer.
You will mainly assist with completing cosmetic compliance paperwork, correct labelling, notifying new products onto appropriate portals and help with product costing. You will also get involved in product development.
What are your key tasks?
- Create cosmetic compliance paperwork, product labelling and costings.
- Assist with creating a product information file/technical file for all products manufactured in accordance with EU legislation guidelines for all products.
- Assist with creating technical specifications and data sheets, for the product information file, to include ingredients, allergens and certifications for all new products.
- Notifying products onto appropriate portals.
- Assist in collating regulatory related technical documentation from suppliers.
- Ensure the appropriate product safety testing is completed and documented for new ingredients and mixes, so they are fit for purpose and safe.
- Record any quality issues related to product into company system.
- Share compliance documentation such as data sheets customers so all parties demonstrate they have met their legal obligations.
-Maintain Artwork overview for release needs and share with the warehouse and ensure the data are up to date.
- Support colleagues with technical advice, product information and quality queries.
