Plant Coordinator

The purpose of this job is to be resposible and lead Production during the shifts (especially in the afternoon and during the nights) and to be able to solve and manage critical situations and product process.

The main accountabilities are:
- quality and timely perform assigned tasks in accordance with the functions of the job description
- assist in start-upa activities
- assist in the organization of training of operators
- assist in identifying and analyzing tha causes of such accident in machinery
- discover and analyze the reasons for any technologival problems
- assist in investigating and analyzing the casuses of incidents and accidents related to occupational safety, food safety and enviromental
- periodic inventories of raw materials, work in progress, finished products, chemicals and packaging materials
- organize manufacturing testing of new chemicals and materials used in the process and prepare accounting records for the last
- responsible for safety of subordinates and people work on given area
- prepare standard operating procedures according to plant politics (safety, food safety, enviroment)
- report to refinery manager
- work on 5 shifts
