Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
• Developing market and financial analyses in support of the product strategy.
• Initiating and coordinating Business Units and affiliate encompassing market research
• Developing an appropriate Business Units forecasting model and preparing with the other team members the proposed Budget.
• Supporting licensing evaluations
• Owning and useing the quantitative competitive data
• Coordinating with IS to implement systems and processes initiated on both a European and an affiliate level
• Maximizing the utilization of the available primary and secondary data sources/systems in support of audience/product
• Initiating and coordinating Business Units and affiliate encompassing market research

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
• Has the academic degree
• Has at least two years of relevant experience or experience in Big4 companies
• Is fluent in Slovakian and English, both in oral and written communication
• Is a Strategic thinker with ability to formulate, develop, write and execute market analysis and business forecasts, has an ability to capture important insights from the marketplace
• Has the ability to champion ideas, focus on results and command respect through exercise of sound business judgment and clear decision-making
• Has excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead, interact with, focus, and drive consensus among individuals from a variety of disciplines (medical, finance, sales, marketing)
• Has the ability to interpret commercial, medical and economic product data and positioning and develop sound analytical data to support marketing strategies.
• Has excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing at all levels
