Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Support with planning and management of all AmCham events (venue selection,
arrangement of program for particular events, responsible for post-event activities -
feedback forms)
• Communication with suppliers, clients, sponsors, preparing drafts of contracts
• Cooperation on sponsorship for events: searching for potential sponsors and partners
• Preparing of detailed event agendas, budget projections, general reports and financial
outcomes; preparing of monthly and yearly calendars
• Cooperation with and reporting to event manager.
• Suggestions for improvements of internal processes, implementation of sponsorship
strategies and events actions plans
