POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for executing global marketing strategies as well as trade, consumer and sport marketing initiatives for all Amer Sports brands to support sales growth. You also establish, manage and oversee contractual relationships with sports communities.
  • Establishing and executing the best strategies for all sports and brands in close co-operation with brand and sales managers
  • Defining advertising objectives and media
  • Leading, developing and coaching a small team of marketing professionals
  • Providing customer feedback and market trends to brand and sales managers
  • Sports marketing initiatives: contractual partners, sponsoring and events
  • Trade marketing initiatives: advertising, POS / POP and events
  • Internal marketing initiatives: internal events and office design policy

YOUR PROFILE:

  • University degree in marketing or similar
  • Minimum 3 years relevant commercial experience
  • Practical experience in communications mix
  • Experience in working in a flat structure with sales and marketing team
  • Profound budgeting knowledge
  • Fluent in Czech and English
  • Passion for sports and outdoor
  • Profound in leading and supervising
  • Adapting and responding to change
  • Strong persuading and influencing skills
  • Focused on developing results and meeting customer expectations
