Job description, responsibilities and duties

Sales & Customer Service Tasks
• Customer service
• Organization and monitoring of deliveries to customers
Office & Administration tasks
• Creation of invoices
• Recording of outgoing and incoming invoices, cash flow, booking of payments, collection of documents etc. for the external bookkeeping service
• Other general duties (preparation of official statements to customers, flight and hotel bookings, meeting organization etc)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Invoicing - Advanced
Business correspondence - Advanced
Double-entry bookkeeping - Basic
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Outlook - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced
