Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Financial Operations team is now looking for an experienced, innovative, detail oriented and flexible Finance Analyst whose main responsibility will be to manage complex payment related issues in order to ensure accurate payments for Amazon Germany Vendors.

The Senior Finance Analysts’ tasks include but are not be limited to:
· Contact proactively by phone or email the vendors of Amazon Germany in order to guide them through our internal processes and ensure accurate processing of their invoices;
· Perform complex root cause analysis on top Vendors' accounts;
· Be the main point of contact for business escalations;
· Initiate online meetings or conference calls with the Vendors in order to address their accounts receivables and accounts payables queries;
· Drive internal process improvements such as accuracy of our payments, Vendor satisfaction, Vendor process education etc.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for candidates who have:
· Fluent German and English
· Minimum 3 years of experience with Finance/Accounting/ Account Management
· Very good communication and analytical skills
· Sense of Innovation and Drive to achieve
· Good MS Office skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous Account Payables, Customer Care, or other customer facing department experience
· Previous experience in remote teams, being in contact with customers through phone and/or email
