The Amazon Retail Vendor Onboarding Associate DE team works to help Vendors be successful on Amazon, removing blockers where necessary in order to deliver the best possible customer experience and ensure people can find and discover anything they want to buy online. To support its growth, Amazon's Bratislava team is looking for a Retail Vendor Onboarding Associate. The purpose of a Retail Vendor Onboarding Associate is a full onboarding support of Amazon’s new Vendors.
As part of the retail MVR organization, the RVO team will help to recruit and onboard medium/small vendors. Targeting the most relevant selection for our customers, the MVR-RVO team will aim at recruiting new vendors and make their selection available on the websites. In close coordination with the existing retail teams, MVR-RVO will drive new vendors through all the onboarding phases, up to their first units in-stock.
Our department is multilingual supporting languages in German, French, Italian, Spanish and English through Email and Phone.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Language skills: Fluent German and English level B2 minimum.
· Demonstrate effective, clear and professional written and oral communication skills.
· Contributes to a positive team environment.
· Is data oriented with an ability to identify trends and improvement suggestions and communicate them through the appropriate channels.
· Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures efficiently.
· Has desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox.
· Is adaptable and able to work in a changing environment
· Ability to communicate effectively in one to one and group sessions.
· Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Language skills: FR/IT/ES are preferential
Has desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox.
Is adaptable and able to work in a changing environment with an interest in and flare for project work
Ability to communicate effectively in one to one and group sessions.
Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
