Junior reporting analyst

The Direct fulfillment team in Bratislava is expanding and we are searching for a Junior business analyst who is passionate about working with data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Track and report weekly and daily operational performance using the appropriate metrics.
· Publishing of regular Operations, reporting and analyzing of complex data sets to understand the operational issues faced by Amazon Direct Fulfillment vendors
· Engage with internal and external customers/teams to define requirements, verify business processes, and deploy agreed process changes
· Work alongside a team of specialists to set and meet vendor-facing milestones and to deliver high-quality operational performance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Advanced MS Excel skills, and a good working knowledge of SQL
· Excellent written and spoken English
· German language is a plus
· Ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and use data analysis to understand the root cause of problems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Economic background
· Previous analyst experience within Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
· Great communication skills
· Good analytical skills and ability to connect the dots
