Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

This role is managing team focused on process improvement of existing AP processes, reducing defects in overall procure to pay chain. This position will also act as an escalation point in resolving complex outstanding issues with internal and external business partners.

People Management:
Leading and developing a team of Finance Operation Analysts (5+ in the team), including hiring, training, and employee development; managing group workload and establishing priorities; ensuring existing policies and procedures are followed; managing annual performance targets and operating budget; creating and monitoring appropriate performance metrics.

Project Management:
Solving complex customer/vendor issues and proactively heading off negative service trends. Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures. Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures. You will have the ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals. Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve vendor promise expectations

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

· Experience with AP / AR / Procurement at least 5+years
· Experience from Shared Service environment is advantageous
· Previous experience in managing team (min.5+ people)
· Fluent level of English and at least one of these languages - French, Italian or Spanish
· Desire to ensure a great customer experience with every contact/case.
· A strong passion for developing people
· A curiosity on how the various teams work together
· Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - candidate has to be strong in dealing with ambiguity
· A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
· Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Processes is advantageous
