Amazon's Seller Marketplace is a large and rapidly growing business where millions of customers transact with hundreds of thousands of sellers, who range from individuals to large retailers. In this context Amazon is looking for a talented, Team Lead, preferably Italian-speaking, based in Bratislava to support the international seller business on the European Amazon websites.

To do this you will need to:

- Set clear goals for the team and help them to deliver results in the most effective way
- Provide on-going support and feedback to the team via regular 1:1s and team meetings
- Communicate with different international stakeholders from across Amazon
- Communicate with Sellers and guide them to improve their offers. Educate Sellers about the tools and features available
- Build knowledge repository's, update and improve processes
- Relentlessly look to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose business opportunities for Sellers.

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and
Italian - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor /Under-graduate degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business).
- Successful experience in people management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to face internal partners in a professional manner in English and at least one other language (Italian preferred, but we will also consider Spanish, French or German speakers)
- Attention to detail, good prioritization skills to work on different projects in parallel
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
- Tech savvy candidates, with desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience should apply
