Amazon is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator supporting the recruitment activity for the ongoing needs of a rapidly growing Seller Support business unit.

This role is an integral part of our recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

The successful candidate must be able to successfully manage a high-volume recruitment process, prioritize and close searches against a set timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics to hit all customer SLAs. They will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. They have demonstrated ability in candidate generation, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service to the client and candidate.

Responsibilities:

Manage the High Volume recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Analyze and implement process improvements.
Provide first-class sourcing support for internal customer groups located both locally and across the EU throughout the full recruiting process
Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status reporting
Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Coordinate and actively cooperate with all recruiting teams to ensure global efficiency and transparency in our processes
Monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at Amazon.
Provide internal resourcing consultancy service to hiring managers, including the provision of advice on all recruitment issues
Represent the company at recruiting events such as job fairs and other community events
Ensure 100 % data accuracy of our recruitment database. Track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities, including time to hire and cost per hire.
Develop and deliver on site related projects and EU wide sourcing projects as defined by the EU teams.
Communicate effectively and partner with HR and Recruitment Teams, ensuring any combined objectives are achieved
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

This position requires:

2-3 years of recruitment/HR experience
Demonstrated customer service focus which provides for an excellent candidate experience
Fluency in written and spoken English is required, German is an advantage
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Experience working with job-boards, CV databases and internet search tools
Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Experience with MS Word and Excel
