Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Assistant, Program Manager is responsible for completing given tasks in a timely manner, approaches directly stakeholders and gather information required for billing file processing of Online Adverting campaigns. Keeps updated documentation (e.g. trackers, SOP files, amazon internal wikipage) needed for smooth monthly billing process. The Assistant, Program Manager is also a point of contact for any invoicing questions stakeholders could have. The Assistant, Program Manager will report to the Program Manager, Billing.

The Assistant, Program Manager will primarily focus on these areas:

· Point of contact for billing queries & update: processing (answering) questions submitted by stakeholders through ticketing system, helps to keep the queue empty.
· Documentations: The Assistant, Program Manager will work with documents, which he will keep updated in case of any change (e.g. updating SOP, internal Wiki page, various trackers).
· Task executions: The Assistant will execute given task until the completion.
· Reporting: The Assistant will help on improving the current reporting & analysis.
