Senior Finance Analyst with French Language

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for cash collection operations in cooperation with our suppliers and management of their financial disputes in France. He/she will work with Amazon vendors, mostly in French to ensure correct balances are being accounted for on both sides – this involves active communication via email, telephone and conference calls.

The successful candidate will lead Accounts Receivables planning and data analyzing efforts to ensure, that our financial operations are prepared for our continued expansion. This will include ensuring that our current sources of data are extensively used, new sources are created and introduced to the WW leadership team and are presented in a way to make decision-making process standardized and easier. Main focus, will be Amazons cash-flow and collection activities with focus on France.

Project Management:
Solving complex customer/vendor issues and proactively heading off negative service trends. Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures. Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures. You will have the ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals. Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve business expectations.

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and
French - Upper intermediate (B2)
