Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Amazon Retail Vendor Onboarding team works to help Vendors be successful on Amazon, removing blockers where necessary in order to deliver the best possible customer experience and ensure people can find and discover anything they want to buy online. To support its growth, Amazon's Bratislava team is looking for a Retail Vendor Onboarding Specialist.
As part of the retail Mass Vendor Recruitment organization, the RVO team helps recruit and onboard medium/small vendors. Targeting the most relevant selection for our customers, the MVR-RVO team aims at recruiting new vendors and making their selection available on the websites. In close coordination with the existing retail teams, MVR-RVO is driving new vendors through all the onboarding phases, up to their first units in-stock.
Our department is multilingual supporting languages in German, French, Italian, Spanish and English. If you like fast paced environment with one of the leading technology / eCommerce firms, this is the place for you.
Ideal candidate is required to demonstrate performance in the following areas:
Results oriented, by consistently meeting and exceeding service levels and targets in answering vendor’s request.
Process Improvement, by working with peer/management teams to articulate and prioritize feature needs for higher efficiency.
Project Participation, by effectively participating in projects that involve multiple teams within the Company that are above and beyond the normal area of responsibility or expertise.
Judgment and Discretion: She/he takes decisions that are reasoned, documented, and involves partnering with other internal stakeholder teams as appropriate and required when making decisions that have wider impact.
