The Amazon Retail Vendor Onboarding Associate DE team works to help Vendors be successful on Amazon, removing blockers where necessary in order to deliver the best possible customer experience and ensure people can find and discover anything they want to buy online.
To support its growth, Amazon's Bratislava team is looking for a Retail Vendor Onboarding Associate. The purpose of a Retail Vendor Onboarding Associate is to contribute within a wide range of activities in the vendor onboarding process. This begins with the vetting of companies to trade with Amazon, providing training to new vendors and onboarding medium and small vendors making their selection available on the Amazon websites. In close coordination with the existing retail teams, MVR-RVO will drive new vendors through all the onboarding phases, up to their first units in-stock.
RVO offers the opportunity to develop skillsets stretching from data analysis to presentation and language skills.
Our department is multilingual supporting languages in German, French, Italian, Spanish and English.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

German - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Language skills: Fluent English is a must. DE German B2 minimum
- Demonstrate effective, clear and professional written and oral communication skills.
- Contributes to a positive team environment.
- Is data oriented with an ability to identify trends and improvement suggestions and communicate them through the appropriate channels.
- Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures efficiently.
- Has desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox.
- Is adaptable and able to work in a changing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in one to one and group sessions.
- Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
