Billing Program Manager - Display Advertising

The EU Business Operations team reporting to the International Customer Success Team Director, has an opening for a Billing Program Manager based on Bratislava who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and willing to be part of a new team. The Billing Program Manager is responsible for managing the whole reconciliation & billing cycle of Online Adverting campaigns in Europe and Japan. Furthermore a Billing Program Manager is first point of contact for any invoicing questions stakeholders could have and drives proactively innovations and simplifications in the process. The Billing Program Manager will work together with the sales and account management team, the product team, the accounting and finance teams. Another important charge is knowledge transfer and training to make sure the teams understand the tasks needed to deliver a smooth and streamlined billing experience for both customers and employees.


The Billing Program Manager will primarily focus on those 5 core areas:

· Monthly reconciliation & billing process: Deliver and improve the current billing process with the various stakeholders.
· Global point of contact for billing queries & update: Answer stakeholders’ questions regarding invoicing process, the Billing Program Manager is the main point of contact and is an expert in tools involved in said process. The Billing Program Manager will also have to provide regular reporting to Senior Management regarding the billing activity (MBR, QBR)
· Process & product improvements: The Billing Program Manager will work closely with Platform team to provide feedback on issues and new desired features. The aim is to constantly reduce time to bill and improve billing accuracy. The Billing Program Manager will also have to improve his own tool to increase his own efficiency (excel automation, finance reporting…)
· Training & documentations: The Billing Program Manager will have to deliver training to various stakeholder on the tools he owns and that are used for other team. He/she will work closely with Platform team to ensure content is accurate and then provide onsite or remote training to new hires or through brownbag sessions.
