Retail Account Management Associate with English

The Amazon Retail Account Management team works to help Vendors be successful on Amazon, removing blockers where necessary in order to deliver the best possible customer experience and ensure people can find and discover anything they want to buy online. To support its growth, Amazon's Bratislava team is looking for a Retail Account Management Associate. In this role, you will act as the primary interface between Amazon and our small and medium size vendors, providing timely and accurate operational support to vendors, answering their questions accordingly to internal processes, escalating complex issues to management and drive vendor’s growth by providing them with trainings and accurate recommendations on how to be more efficient on Amazon Retail platform. The successful candidate has an immediate, distinct effect on the experience of customers of Amazon, making a strong record of customer focus a high standard for the role. A Retail Account Manager Associate is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases. The department is multilingual supporting languages in French, German, Spanish, Italian and English.

Key Qualifications/Skills Required:

Language skills: Fluent English is a must
Demonstrate effective, clear and professional written and oral communication skills.
Contributes to a positive team environment.
Is data oriented with an ability to identify trends and improvement suggestions and communicate them through the appropriate channels.
Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures efficiently.
Has desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox.
Is adaptable and able to work in a changing environment
Ability to communicate effectively in one to one and group sessions.

Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
