Retail Vendor Onboarding Associate - French

The purpose of a Retail Vendor Onboarding Associate is to work brand and lead qualification tasks related to onboarding new Vendors as well as to assess their eligibility to work with Amazon. Further support is provided in contact with vendors once they are onboarded whereby RVO trains them on our systems, processes and applications. The current opening is for a period of 4 months.
As part of the retail Mass Vendor Recruitment organization, the RVO team helps to provide Vendor Managers with all information required to recruit and onboard medium/small Vendors to make their selection available on our websites. Our department is multilingual supporting languages in French, German, Italian and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Fluent English and French level B2 minimum.
· Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
· Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light.
· Contributes to a positive team environment.
· Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills
· Is data oriented with an ability to identify trends and improvement suggestions and communicate them through the appropriate channels.
· Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures efficiently.
· Has desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox.
· Is adaptable and able to work in a changing environment with an interest in and flare for project work
