Finance Analyst with German (Disputes)

You as a Finance analyst working in the disputes team will receive a dispute (claim) from your vendor and by working backwards and with the help of your analytical skills identify the root cause of the issue and in cooperation with various other internal departments find the best and quickest solution. We want to provide the highest quality to our vendors and therefore educate them about the processes that we have at Amazon to build prosperous relationships with our vendors.

Job responsibilities include:
· Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data
· Earn the trust of your vendors and internal customers thereby building long-lasting relationships for a better cooperation across various departments
· As disputes can be related to vendor returns or marketing agreements, therefore you will also administer the set ups in our systems in cooperation with our sales, supply chain and retail finance department
· You will be also acting as a communication link between our vendors, the retail finance department, accounts payables and accounts receivables
