This role is to manage the Retail Vendor Management & Onboarding team whose purpose is to provide a full management and on-boarding support of Amazon’s new Vendors; from identifying prospect brands and leads to qualifying them, on-boarding their full selection on all 5 EU websites and managing the vendors.

Key responsibilities include:

- set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals;
- provide individual coaching feedback sessions, and weekly one-on-ones that focus on improving processes;
- accountable for meeting the team's goals;
- serve as leaders and point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a supervisory nature or complex problems;
- Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects and other Change/Kaizen initiatives as required

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, direct, and manage a group of people;
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments;
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions;
- Proven ability to manage reporting and analysis;
- Demonstrated passion for delivering a positive Vendor experience, and maintain composure in difficult situations;
- Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments;
- Can adapt well to changing circumstances, direction, and strategy;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Confident in using Microsoft Package;
- Demonstrate effective, clear and professional written and oral communication skills.
- Able to give and receive feedback effectively.
- Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing a customer service environment preferred. Desire to expand skills into new areas.
