Amazon Media Group in Bratislava is looking for a Campaign Performance Manager – Online Advertising for Germany:

Your tasks are Campaign Planning, Evaluation & Management:
· Provide professional client service to the key account development team in Germany for campaign planning, forecasting and launch execution for multiple advertisers/brands.
· You will have a particular focus on campaign performance analysis to meet client’s marketing objective and KPIs, optimization and reporting for advertising campaigns running on Amazon.de, the Amazon Advertising Platform (AAP) and mobile advertising solutions (eg. Fire Tablet, Amazon App).
· Coordinate the life circuit of advertising campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
· Develop and discuss consumer insights by analyzing the targeting & placement performance with the key account development team in Germany.
· Develop presentations and uphold a high bar for presentation and proposal accuracy and quality.
· Responsible for overall satisfaction of clients from our key account development program – ensuring their needs are met, communicating campaign progress and measuring progress to proactively address issues and develop solutions.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

For this position we expect:
· Strong communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal).
· University degree with an emphasis in Management, Marketing, Advertising or Business.
· Professional experience with online advertising, e.g. as account or campaign manager at a publisher, as media planner at an agency or similar.
· Confidence in the analysis of number-based reports and experience in MS Office (esp. Excel & PowerPoint).
· An exceptional eye for detail, ability to solve problems and given the fast paced nature of our division, the aptitude to multi task.
· An organized approach and a real team player who is willing to roll up sleeves.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in contact with clients and in an international environment.
· Experience in tools such as Salesforce, DART (DSM/DFP) or JIRA is an advantage.
