Amazon's Seller Marketplace is a large and fast growing business where millions of customers transact with hundreds of thousands of sellers, who range from individuals to large retailers. In this context Amazon is looking for talented, French speaking Listing Quality Specialists based in Bratislava, Slovakia to support the international seller business on the European Amazon websites and bring improvements to the existing product catalog.
The Listing Quality Specialist will work with a portfolio of Sellers helping them to improve the quality of their listings on Amazon thus ensuring the positive customer-selling experience. They will educate Sellers on the advantages of high-quality listings and identify the causes of poor listing quality. They will advise Sellers on the technical aspects of listing improvement and report progress to internal stakeholders. The Listing Quality Specialist will also interface with internal technical and business teams around the globe and contribute to platform changes and improvements.
Tech-savvy candidates with great interpersonal skills should apply.
- Actively manage a portfolio of international sellers whose listings need improvement
- Clearly communicate the benefits of high-quality listings to sellers
- Work with sellers to define timelines and corrective actions
- Identify root causes of listing problems and drive resolution
- Maintain service levels defined per project and ensures consistent quality of delivery
- Engage internal and external customers/teams to define requirements, test data integrity, and verify business processes
