Job description, responsibilities and duties
The successful candidate will be within Accounts Payable department responsible for tracing and eliminating issues occurring in the Received but not invoiced (REBNI) process. You can expect your responsibilities to include:
- Proactive approach Amazon vendors regarding payment issues
- Monitor key indicators of the defects - Collect data, analyze & identify potential causes
- Quantify impacts and prioritize root causes to
a/ address to appropriate teams to implement permanent fix
b/ resolve operationally within AP (through output clearance)
c/ suggest short/long term workarounds
- Participate and drive process improvements
- Cooperate with key stakeholders (AP leadership, Finance, Retail) and vendor groups to ensure we are serving our customers in the most effective manner

Personality requirements and skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience within Finance, preferably AP
- Fluent English in combination with French
- Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity, connects the dots and propose a solution
- Experience with DMAIC methodology
- Strong analytical & verbal communication skills
