Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsible for the FBA Credit Operations team based in Bratislava, the team lead will drive team performance to increase policy adherence and reduce time to resolution for credit related issues. This will include daily monitoring of reimbursement metrics for FBA sellers; develop action plans for improvement; review of high value reimbursement requests; ensuring process compliance and coordination of credit related activities done by the Seller Support team. The Team Lead will also be responsible for diving reimbursement related initiatives that will improve the quality of the EU FBA Credit Operations Team and reduce EU reimbursements.
The FBA Credit Team Lead will be responsible for the daily activities of the EU FBA Credit Team members and provide support as need to the EU FBA Defect Reduction Team.
