Seller Support is a seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Quality team. This position will process data collected from a multitude of sources and in a variety of formats, manipulate data to meet project requirements, and load data into target databases. The role will be responsible for writing AdHoc and automated Oracle OBIEE reports, and converting data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information. The successful candidate will draw from previous work experience in contact center and data analytics.

At least 5 years’ experience preparing operational reports using excel and database queries
Familiarity with outsourcing environment

Demonstrated success in leadership
Executive business presentations
Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and OBIEE
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in business, statistics, or similar field
Experience with LEAN and/or Six Sigma methodologies
Demonstrated project management skills
Customer Service background
Strong knowledge of statistical controls and processe
Bachelors Degree in business, statistics, or similar field
