Your responsibilities include:

- Processing payroll for several European countries.
- Audit of payroll data
- Assure accurate and timely filing of all related reporting requirements, in accordance with country specific Government legislations and company timetables
- Pre and post payroll administration
- Work with accounting to support and drive for accurate balance sheet accounts
- Liaison with local revenues and other relevant authorities
- Processing and reconciling stock transactions
- Processing and reconciling relocation data
- Controlling and recording of additional payments
- Administration of sickness for multiple countries
- Employee communication and administration
- Documentation of work processes
- Participate in Kaizens and Greenbelts (Six Sigma)
- Provide cover for other team members during sick and leave absences
- General ad-hoc duties

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Experience/Skills required:

- Demonstrable experience in a financial environment
- Ability to cope with change and meet challenging deadlines under pressure
- Good analytical skills
- Hands-on experience of data entry and data validation with an ability to carry such tasks out with a high level of discipline and accuracy
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Positive/can do attitude as well as the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Team player - excellent interpersonal skills but takes initiative and can also work independently
- Customer focused - Employee support
- Drive for operational excellence
