Job description, responsibilities and duties
The successful candidate will be within Accounts Payable responsible for dealing with queries from our vendors. You can expect your responsibilities to include:
- Proactive work with Amazon vendors regarding payment issues with focus on Received but not invoiced products (REBNI)
- Account reconciliations
- Regular root cause analyses
- Standardize processes
- Participate and drive process improvements
- Continually look at ways to improve the vendor experience
- Work with the commercial side of the business to ensure we are serving our customers in the most effective manner

- A desire to take responsibility and ownership from day one
- A strong work ethic, with a high customer service ethic
- A very self-motivated and flexible working aproach
- A passion for working with diverse teams with different cultures on an international team
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies or other directly related areas
