Finance Operations Vendor Quality Senior Analyst

Amazon’s Retail Operations includes a large vendor base supplying a wide selection of products.

EU Finance Operations is recruiting a new team to work with vendors to improve processes within Inbound Operations and Accounts Payable. This position will take responsibility for analyzing information and working directly with vendors. The vendors are based across Europe and the USA so multilingual skills will be important.

Key Responsibilities:
· Analyse metrics relating to operational performance and payments.
· Work with vendors to communicate opportunities for improvement and agree action plans
· Drive improvements in quality both internally and externally
· Work closely with Retail Vendor Management and Accounts Payable to agree priorities, objectives and communication.

Key Performance Indicators:
· Cost reduction
· Quality / customer experience improvement
· Improvement in Invoices Paid on Time
· Problem receive reduction
· Purchase Quantity Variance reduction
