The successful candidate will be responsible for internal customer travel expenses and queries. As part of our commitment to your development, you will also gain exposure in cross functional and process improvement projects but you can expect your responsibilities to include:

- Insist on highest standards of Travel Expense policies according to legal & Amazon requirements
- Execute on internal audit of Travel Expenses and action on the findings
- Cooperate with internal Amazon customers (employees) to drive customer obsession through our processes and interactions
- Earn the trust of our internal customers, thereby building long-lasting relationships to reinforce Amazon’s customer centricity.
- Standardize processes to ensure capacity for our significant growth
- Continually look at ways to improve the internal customer experience
- Work with the commercial side of the business to ensure we are serving our customers in the most effective manner.

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Must be fluent in German and English

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies or other directly related areas

Suitable candidates will be comfortable with ambiguity, working with internal customers, ensuring that all details are reviewed according to legal & Amazon standards and presenting their findings as well as corrective actions.
