Amazon is looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Recruiter with a passion for candidate sourcing to join our highly professional recruiting organisation.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

Provide first-class, one-stop-shop recruiting support for internal customer groups in Slovakia throughout the full recruiting process
- Be THE expert in industry best practices around functional areas of recruitment, new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the bar on staffing deliverables
- Manage process to offer stage and be accountable for 10 hires plus per month, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies, plans and pipelines, screen in top-notch candidates across all areas of the organization
- Implement and enforce consistency with our recruiting policies and procedures
- Represent the company in recruiting events such as job fairs and other community events - Ensure high quality of recruiting process by conducting top interview skill training for managers
- Ensure 100 % data accuracy of our recruitment database, track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities
- Conduct high-class Assessment Centers in order to constantly improve selection of top talent
- Deliver on several recruiting related projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 3 plus years related corporate recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high hiring standards in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical and process management skills, attention to detail
- Strong internal and external customer service focus, ability to proactively provide strategic staffing solutions
- Experience with recruitment systems and thorough working knowledge of MS Office, e.g. solid and sound Excel Knowledge an advantage
- Competency based interview experience
- Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence and provide leadership
- Must be able to interface with all levels of senior management
- Superior written and oral communication skills in English
- Additional language skills - German, French, Italian, Spanish
- Excellent business judgment and time management skills
