Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Catalog Specialist Manager is responsible for managing a team of Catalog Specialists whose responsibilities include classifying, auditing and correcting data in our retail catalog. The role requires people and project management skills, strong analytical & communication skills, as well as ability to pay attention to details.
Core responsibilities for this position include to:
- Project management of classification and audit projects
- People management - team of 8-10 people
- Responsibility for specific daily projects along with monitoring and maintaining quality control of existing data.
- Drive daily production goals.
- Ensure audit tasks are performed in accordance with set guidelines
- Report audit results and communicate them to others within the organization
- Communication with browse development teams globally
- Drive and implement independently small projects related to coverage

- Ability to handle a high volume of work on a regular basis
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work quickly, decisively, and independently
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Ability to take initiative to identify and solve problems
- Basic computer business application skills such as MS Word and MS Excel, Outlook
