Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Customer Service Engineer, you will join Amaris’ team as a Consultant in Bratislava. The position includes the following tasks:
• Support Engineer for an international operating key customer
• Installation of financial and media services on multiple platforms at client site
• Maintenance and user support at client installation base
• Operation and support of the local IT infrastructure
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
• Tracking tasks in CRM ticketing system
• Cooperation with international support groups
Work will involve customer interaction and customer site visit on a daily basis. May need international travel based on the regional coverage requirements. May need to work on shift and weekends based on customer requirements.
Ideal Candidate
• Good skills on Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft Office
• Good networking skills (TCP/IP, switch, router, DNS, proxy, W-LAN - mainly Cisco equipment)
• Good level on UNIX (Solaris or Linux)
• Good level in English (written and verbal), fluent level of Slovak or Czech
