Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
o Administration and maintenance of Oracle databases (new installations, database upgrades, tablespace/users maintenance)
o Backup/restore Oracle databases using RMAN/BRTOOLS (SAP)
o Database cloning from backup, exports/imports Oracle DB objects
o Applying/installing standard Oracle CPU/SBP patches
o DB monitoring using Oracle Enterprise Manger
o Writing scripts (bash/ksh) on Unix environment
o Maintenance of sftp interfaces
o Supporting application teams
o Administration and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Middleware (Forms, Reports, Discoverer)
o Deployments of application packages (Oracle/non-Oracle)
o Administration and maintenance of MSSQL databases (backups, restores, maintenance plans)
o Documentation maintenance
