Job description, responsibilities and duties
The department Workplace Services is responsible for operation of the workplace services within Allianz Group.
This includes notebooks, desktops, virtual clients, desktop file service, printers, service desk and field service as well as the newly developed Enterprise Mobility Service (EMS). The EMS is based on Airwatch from VMWare.
We are looking for an EMS Service Manager that deals with the requests from our customers for support on integrating apps in our EMS service.
We need support and consulting for our customers, colleagues and developers in development of new apps and the integration of these in our complex environment.
The candidate should also develop and define compliance rules and related processes for the EMS that fit to the requirements and requests of the different Organizational Units.
All these compliance and processes should always cover security related topics. Therefore an additional security solution is connected to the EMS system which should also be covered by the candidate in terms of services and process management.
Key responsibilities:
• Advice, support and consult customers, colleagues and developers on mobile application design and approval processes
• Managing the mobile application portfolio on mobile devices for different customers and Organizational Units
• Managing the mobile application service regarding license topics
• Lifecycle and management of mobile applications with a Mobile Application Risk Analyzer
• Manage the international network of security experts working with the mobile threat detect solution
• React on Threats for mobile devices and define respective countermeasures
• Close alignment with security areas within the company on mobile security
• Ensure stable operation of the mobile threat detection solution on mobile devices
• Support the department in generating the needed documents for implementation of new processes in production, regarding mobile app deployment

• High degree of self-organization and autonomous working style
• Good communication skills in international environment incl. intercultural expertise
