Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Overall responsibility for recruitment - writing and placing advertisements, reviewing resumes, screening applicants over the phone coordinating and conducting interviews, etc.
- Close cooperation with departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates as needed
- Applys the market best HR practices appropriate to the organization needs as well
- Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
- Support the process of new employee orientation where appropriate
- Develops and implements HR policies and processes according to the company needs and development targets
