Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for creative and motivated individual, preferentially with expierence in digital area.
Account management:
• Communicating with clients in spoken and written English to provide them updates on running projects (budget, timeline, technology, design)
• Capturing and acting upon client feedback and requests
• Communicating new business requests from the client to higher management
• Providing a holistic layer of quality control on digital products, by alerting higher management to discrepancies between the client’s desired product and that delivered by production staff.
Project Management
• Creating and leading Project Teams of 2-5 people
• General project organization and administration: project numbers, folders, tracking documents.
• Tracking projects to ensure timeline, budget, quality are met according to objectives set at project kickoff.
• Maintaining up-to-date information distributed to the project team, and supporting communication between team members through meetings, emails and documents
• Identifying potential problems early, and pro-actively contributing to their resolution.
