Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Finance and HR manager that can manage the following areas
Invoicing:
• Client invoice management
• Supplier invoice management
• Office expenses
• Project-related hardware or service costs
• Preparation of evidence list for accountant
Finance:
• Preparation of internet banking payments
• Project tracking in combination with project managers and existing tracking applications
Human Resources:
• Management working hours/days, sick days, meal vouchers
• Resource invoice/payment management
• Preparation and management of employee contracts based on existing templates

• Supplier invoice management
• Office expenses

• Excellent English, both spoken and written
• Proven experience executing a majority of the tasks listed in a previous position
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Office
• Limited knowledge of Slovak labour law (legal support and templates exist)
