Job description, responsibilities and duties

Requirements:

-legal faculty university degree
-title of legal counsel or attorney will be an advantage
-fluency in English
-knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage
-minimum 2 years of experience in advising construction companies
-knowledge of construction, civil and public procurement law
-experience in preparing drafts of contracts, especially civil works contracts, contracts for suppliers or performance of a design
-experience in representation of entities before courts

Duties:

-legal advice on construction projects
-representation in the courts
-preparation of legal opinions and drafts of contracts
-participation in contracts' negotations

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
