Job description, responsibilities and duties
Qualifications and experience required:
• Civil Engineering Degree (Major in Construction / structures),
• 4-5 years experience as cost estimator / site engineer,
• Knowledge of English at a minimum level B2 (both orally and in writing) allowing free communication at work
• Strong technical background,
• Proactive,
• Detail oriented,
• Responsible and committed
Job functions:
• To estimate the cost of construction works (for all kind of buildings; non residential buildings, residential and singular ) including the surveying of quantities
• Cooperating with the company administrative and legal department.
• Establishing contacts with suppliers/subcontractors and other partners during the bidding process
• To understand clearly the tender specifications and be able to cooperate with the company administrative and legal department.
