At R&D center in Nokia Bratislava we are developing state-of-the-art technologies which allow our customers to move towards next generation of IP Networks by developing network management solutions and various features for large systems used by biggest network, content or telecom providers in the world.

What are your job duties

Project: Nokia (ex-Alcatel-Lucent) project “Delivery of Communication and data network infrastructure” for SE / ENEL - Mochovce powerplant

Main responsibilities:

Co-ordination of design activities, documentation approval process, equipment delivery, installation, test and acceptance activities

• Provide co-ordination between SE / ENEL and Nokia (and its subcontractors) for equipment delivery, installation, test and acceptance based on project documentation
• Control and record flow of material received to and delivered from stock
• Co-ordinate on-site hand-over activities for material and related services
• Provide H/O certificates and protocols towards SE/ENEL and NOKIA
• Co-ordinate on-site activities and personnel for deployment with other entities
• Report all on-site relevant claims of SE / ENEL
• Register and report all requests for changes vs. Project claimed by SE/ENEL

Co-ordination of Nokia subcontractors on-site in Mochovce powerplant

• Take part in the planning steering committee meetings
• Co-ordinate activities of subcontractors in line with the Engineering program schedule
• Ensure the subcontractors strictly follow the agreed solution and implementation as described in Project documentation
• Report all deviations from Project documentation
• Identify, mitigate and report risks that might cause slips in work progress

Reporting

• Report progress of activities vs. Engineering program schedule

• coordinate the personnel on-site, explain the expected solution and manage the execution
• coordinate the work progress and cooperation between subcontractors for installation and commissioning of E2E solution
