Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsibility for Implementation, maintanance and development of Quality management system (QMS).
• Project manager of project aimed on certification for ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 (automotive standards).
• Implementation and following the VDA 6.3 standards.
• Set-up and evaluate the Quality targets, Quality plans.
• Responsibility for 8D reports, root causes analyses, Claims management, Action plans for corrective measuremenmts.
• Responsibility for Internal & External nonconformity parts chceck and controlling, detecting the system failures and problems.
• Technical measurements performance: Break load test, X-Ray test, 3D measurements, chemical composition spectromectric analyses of aluminium alloys & melt.
• In cooperation with Production manager, ensures the technological procedures and requirements e.g. the temperature of Al melt & casting moulds.
• Quality in logistics: just-in-time deliveries, bottleneck management.
• Development, description and evaluation of Working instructions & technological procedures.
• Regular QMS trainings for all the plant staff.

• Able to read and understand the technical drawings
• Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
• Business & technical proficiency in English.
