Job description, responsibilities and duties

Communication with business partners (clients, suppliers, depots)
Organization of international and domestic transport
Working with electronic storage system and stock management
Planning and coordinating of cylinder products delivery routes
Validate and confirm the drivers rounds with all documentation related to trips
Responsible for the orders best managing
Preparation documents and statistics for management
The job holder reports to the Supply Chain Manager
Enforce Air Liquide’s safety and quality standards

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Secondary school education
Knowledge in supply chain (logistics, route planning, tracking and systems)
Good knowledge of English language (for easy communication)
Autonomy and excellent workload management
Problem solving attitude and results-oriented
Professional experience in logistics is welcome (on logistics position or similar: supply chain, dispatching, warehouse, stock control)
