Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Move Consultant's duties are (but not limited to) to:
• Attending in defining, implement, monitor and improvement the Sales Strategy of the Branch;
• Develop, manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, client follow-up and closing of sales;
• Conduct physical pre-move surveys at the client’s premises, compile and issue quotations in line with standard company procedures, always ensuring the attainment of maximum profitability;
• Monitor the execution of the move and manage client relations to ensure a high quality service;
• Monthly reporting on sales activities;
• Supporting sales and moves administration;

The Offer
We offer a work contract based on the Local Law. A fixed salary commensurate with experience will be offered, as well as a commission scheme, a mobile phone.

The Candidate Profile
The candidate should have a qualification in Sales, Logistics, Business Administration and/or Marketing .The experience in a similar role will be an asset. Fluency in English is non-negotiable, while mastery of German is a strong advantage. You must be the holder of a code B Driver’s Licence. Solid computer skills (MS Windows OS) and the ability to quickly and effective learn and assimilate new computer software are required.
The ideal incumbent should have a client satisfaction orientation, building client loyalty, thinking out of the box and going above and beyond to meet clients’ needs and expectations. The candidate should have experience and be willing to work in a multi-lingual and multi-cultural environment. A flexible and resilient nature.
